Fairways Lawn Care Program

Round 1 - Pelletised Lime

Applied at the beginning of the season

Round 2- Fertilizer & pre-emergent crabgrass control

Applied between March & April

Round 3 - Fertilizer, weed control & pre-emergent crabgrass control

Applied between April & May

Round 4 - Slow release fertilizer & spot weed control

Applied between June & July

Round 5 - Fertilizer & broad leaf weed control

Applied between mid-August & September

Round 6 - High rate of potassium fertiliser

Applied late fall

Aeration/Seeding - Deep core aeration with over seeding

Completed in September or October unless scheduled otherwise

Insect/Grub Control - preventative for sub-surface and surface turf damaging insects.

Applied in summer at 1.5x the cost of a normal round. Grubs can destroy a lawn.

* Timing and details of all treatments can vary depending on weather conditions. Lime and grub control are independent of fertilizer and can be applied the same day as other rounds.

If you do not see results within 10-12 days of the application date, we will re-apply the treatment at no additional charge.
